Kenny Mossman
Kenny Mossman became the pastor at First Baptist Church in Carnegie, Oklahoma, in February of 2022, but his path to the pastorate was unconventional. He first worked for 33 years in NCAA Division I athletics, including the final 20 at the University of Oklahoma, where he supervised external operations and the football and softball programs as senior associate athletics director. He previously served two terms as state board chair for the Oklahoma Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and he is currently a state board member for the Oklahoma Baptists.
Kenny will kick off the conference’s Saturday session as he brings a life-changing look at the Christian man both at home and at work, leaving every man with encouraging and spiritually practical tools.
Duncan Blackwell
Duncan Blackwell and his bride Julie live in Elk City, OK where they raise their four little boys and where Duncan serves as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church. He is passionate about preaching God’s word, equipping ministry leaders, and discipling the church to engage in the global ministry of the gospel. He holds a degree in Business from Oklahoma State University and will graduate with a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary in December 2025.
Duncan will bring his engaging excitement for the Gospel on Saturday as he brings impactful answers to who is the Christian man at church, and how to go spiritually deeper in profound ways.
Curtis Lofton
Curtis Tremayne Lofton is a former NFL linebacker and All-American at the University of Oklahoma, celebrated for his outstanding college and professional career. After earning his college degree post-NFL, he returned to OU to lead the S.O.U.L. Mission—mentoring athletes and serving as the football program’s NFL liaison. Though briefly appointed General Manager of Oklahoma Football in 2024, Curtis felt called to something greater. In February 2025, he stepped down to fully dedicate himself to ministry, shifting his focus from athletic leadership to spiritual leadership and lasting impact.
Curtis will be bringing his powerful and unforgettable testimony to cap off the Friday night opening BBQ that will leave men uplifted and encouraged in their lives.
